Brook Choulet, M.D. is a board-certified concierge psychiatrist and works with children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to seeing adolescents, Dr. Choulet specializes in executive performance and sports psychiatry. Dr. Choulet collaborates with high-achievers, professionals, athletes, and their families to optimize their mental health and wellness by providing comprehensive and individualized care. Dr. Choulet founded Choulet Wellness: Scottsdale Concierge Psychiatry & Therapy and co-founded La Jolla Concierge Psychiatry. Dr. Choulet is well known for providing services for the NBA's Phoenix Suns and WNBA's Phoenix Mercury.
Dr. Choulet was voted Best Psychiatrist in the Valley in 2022 and 2023 by AZ Foothills Magazine. In addition, she was recognized by Phoenix Magazine as a Top Doc in Psychiatry in 2023.
Dr. Choulet was raised in San Diego, California, and graduated from La Jolla Country Day School. She then went on to complete a 6 year BA/MD program at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Medicine. Dr. Choulet obtained her medical degree at the age of 24 and pursued training in general psychiatry at the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix, affiliated with Banner University Medical Center. During her residency training, she had the opportunity to learn from expert psychiatrists and carried a large panel of outpatients for 2 years. As a result, she is an excellent diagnostician as well as psychotherapist. Dr. Choulet continued her training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry through Creighton University, affiliated with Valleywise Health, in Phoenix, AZ. Following in the footsteps of her mother and grandfather, Dr. Choulet is a third-generation adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist.
Currently, Dr. Choulet has active medical licenses in California and Arizona. She current sees patients in person at Choulet Wellness, located in Paradise Valley, Arizona; however, she is able to see patients virtually who are located in California. Dr. Choulet has a passion for helping others, which led her to found Choulet Wellness. She is committed to delivering the highest level of mental wellness care with individualized treatment plans to promote personal growth through a concierge approach.
Dr. Choulet is the vice president of the Arizona Society of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Greater Phoenix Chapter. She is also a member of the International Society For Sports Psychiatry, American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Arizona Psychiatric Society, American Psychiatric Association, and American Medical Association. Outside of work, Dr. Choulet enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and playing pickleball.
