What is concierge care?

Concierge care is a high level of individualized service provided by the physicians and clinicians at Choulet Wellness. Concierge care is an alternative to the traditional care delivery model. At Choulet Wellness, we are one of the only non-membership-based practice in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley delivering this level of care. That is, our clients do not need to pay a retainer or monthly membership to be seen in our clinic. Although Choulet Wellness is not on any insurance panels, your psychiatrist can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. The other wellness specialists at Choulet Wellness are fee-for-service.

With concierge care, the team of psychiatrists and clinicians have a smaller caseload, which gives the clinicians more flexibility with patient scheduling and length of appointments. Depending on your needs, the clinicians at Choulet Wellness offer multiple appointment durations.

Concierge care also gives you the ability to directly communicate with your psychiatrist and/or therapist at Choulet Wellness.

What are the concierge care services?

At Choulet Wellness: Scottsdale Concierge Psychiatry & Therapy, the expert physicians and therapists offer comprehensive mental health and wellness services. It’s the only psychiatry office in Scottsdale that has an on-site wellness center with many different wellness-related services.

When you participate in Choulet Wellness' concierge care model, you may have access to the following services (pending availability):

• Psychiatry services which offer mental health treatment through medication management and/or therapy

• Psychotherapy (psychologists and counselors)

The psychiatrists at Choulet Wellness provide evidence-based psychiatry, prescribing medications and utilizing various forms of therapy to treat many types of mental health conditions and needs.

The physicians and clinicians offer concierge care to provide personalized attention to optimize your mental health, physical health, and well-being. In addition, the practice strives to streamline access to the clinicians, so clients get the help they need.
