When a client is interested in joining Dr. Brook Choulet’s concierge psychiatry practice, Dr. Choulet will schedule a brief phone encounter, which will be used to gather more information on the client’s goals and to see if her practice is a good fit for the client’s needs. Dr. Choulet will then send an intake packet, which should be completed electronically prior to the client’s initial visit.
