Yoga Nidra with Michelle
Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation that uses the biology of the body to access a deep state of restoration and relaxation. In a world where thinking and doing are the norm, Yoga Nidra evokes a state of feeling and being. Yoga Nidra conditions the nervous system to be with bodily sessions and feelings. In this state, intentions and integration naturally occur for health and well-being. A custom Yoga Nidra can be woven into any 1 hr 20 min session or created as a standalone 50 minute session. Yoga Nidra can be facilitated to groups or individuals.
Yoga Coaching with Michelle
The body stores all of our physical, mental and emotional tensions. We tend to wear our tensions instead of feeling them. This shows up in: Posture, Chronic pain and tension, Poor Sleep, Digestive Problems and Heightened Stress Levels. A Yoga coaching session is designed to locate and release these tensions. Which may help with Improved posture, Increased Energy, Improved mental clarity, better emotional Balance, Release of chronic pain and tension, Release of unhealthy emotions and thoughts
Unresolved experiences are experiences that were meant to pass through. However, if the event was too intense or overwhelming, we hold onto them. They show up in our minds and body as stress, ruminating thoughts, anxiety, tensions and pain. Through the use of yoga, breathwork, and meditation, we are able to allow release to take place and become more balanced and steadier in the midst of life experiences. This allows us to feel better, be healthier, and therefore allowing corresponding illness, injury, tension or pain to be reduced.
