DONNA KASHANI, MD
Adult, Adolescent, and Child Psychiatrist
Donna Kashani, M.D. is a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who has worked with healthy and high functioning individuals in a private practice setting for over twenty-five years. Her primary practice is in La Jolla, California; however, she is expanding her practice to include a select group of patients in Arizona. She has enjoyed providing a concierge model of care to her clients for the entirety of her practice. She works with individuals to identify their core competencies, with the focus being on recognizing patterns of behavior leading to personal bests in wellness, career and health.
Dr. Kashani has been ranked by Healthgrades as the #1 child and adolescent psychiatrist in the country since 2016. Since earning her medical degree at the age of twenty-three, Dr. Kashani has dedicated her career to patient care and wellness with an area of focus working with healthy and high functioning teens and adults. She has made hundreds of television and professional appearances and provides practical therapy on issues related to parenting, career advancement, self-care and maintenance, as well as promoting a comprehensive medical assessment and educated treatment. Dr. Kashani has co-authored "Raising Happy Children" and enjoys patiently addressing the multitude of issues that can impact social, professional and personal well-being. She enjoys yoga, hiking, community emergency preparedness services, and traveling.
KATHERINE GALLARDO, MD
Katherine Gallardo, M.D. is a board-certified psychiatrist born in Phoenix, AZ. She completed her BS in Psychology at The University of Arizona. She went on to complete medical school at Creighton University in both Omaha, NE at the main campus and clinical rotations at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Gallardo completed a rigorous residency at Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program in Boston, MA. During residency, Dr. Gallardo had a wide range of clinical experiences, including working at Harvard University Health Service as a psychiatrist for college and graduate students, working at Massachusetts Mental Health Center, and also on Healthcare for the Homeless Street Team. Alongside her clinical experiences, Dr. Gallardo is an avid yoga practitioner and strives to maintain a daily practice. She completed her 300 hour YTT in Boston at Down Under School of Yoga in Brookline, MA.
Dr. Gallardo cares deeply about patient wellness, personal growth, and learning. She has been working in outpatient private practice since 2020 treating a variety of conditions. Dr. Gallardo is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Psychoanalytic Association.
Outside of work Dr. Gallardo enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, being outdoors, and yoga.
MATTHEW MONTGOMERY, M.D
Adult & Adolescent Psychiatrist
Matthew Montgomery, M.D. is a licensed physician and board-certified adult psychiatrist who specializes in the assessment and treatment of adults with mental health conditions. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Saint Louis University and completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati, where he served as the outpatient chief resident. Dr. Montgomery's work with complex psychiatric patients in numerous practice settings makes him uniquely qualified to diagnose and treat a broad range of patients. His approach includes a thorough diagnostic assessment which allows for a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan. While he enjoys working with a variety of patients, he has notable experience working with treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders (including PTSD and OCD), and ADHD. His practice includes work with the LGBTQ community.
Outside of work, Dr. Montgomery enjoys weight-lifting, traveling, and spending time with his partner and their chihuahua, Tiger.
